Within our university, there are 75 Student Clubs in a variety of areas of interest which support students’ academic development and help them make the most of their extracurricular time. As well as ensuring that students gain organizational, management, teamwork and communication skills, these clubs also reinforce students’ cultural, social, artistic, athletic and scientific skills.
Throughout the Academic year, student clubs carry out events such as seminars, conferences, panels, interviews, concerts, dance shows, drama performances and technical trips. The expenses of the events organized by the student clubs are covered by Çankaya University. The members of the clubs also attend the events and meetings to which they are invited by other universities, institutions or organizations with the financial support of our University.
As of the Spring Semester of the 2019-2020 Academic Year, there are 75 student clubs with about 2,400 members at Çankaya University.
